History

American Bio-Clinical Laboratories, Inc. was first established in Los Angeles, California, USA in 1984. It was founded by a small group of dedicated scientists and business executives with unique expertise in clinical experience, technical skills, and sound business strategies. ABC Laboratories is a growing clinical laboratory serving the greater Los Angeles Metropolitan area for over 31 years. It fulfills the requirements for the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), participates in proficiency testing with the American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB) and College of American Pathologists (CAP), and is a member of the National Independent Laboratory Association (NILA).

Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Clinical Laboratory Scientist Set up, perform, and report test analysis results in moderate and high complexity departments of the laboratory. Perform and document manufacturer’s recommended Preventive Maintenance procedures on instruments with which they work. Gather PM and QC data for supervisors to approve prior to the release of any patient results.

 

Courier/Driver

  • Drive to clinics/doctor offices and patient service centers to pick up specimens, then deliver them back to the main laboratory for examination.
  • Ensure the safe and prompt transportation of laboratory necessities.

 

Laboratory Assistant

Laboratory Assistant Set-up, perform and report test analysis results in moderate complexity departments of the laboratory. Perform and document manufacturer’s recommended Preventive Maintenance (P/M) procedures on instruments with which they work. Gather P/M and QC data for supervisors to approve prior to the release of any patient results.

 

Medical Biller

  • Handle medical billing related issues with Medicare, Medi-Cal, PPO’s and other insurance companies.
  • Verify patient eligibility.
  • Work shifts are from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
