Whenever a problem is identified, ABC Laboratories strives to resolve the issues in a timely and professional manner. Our key is to act responsibly and appropriately to prevent a re occurrence of the problem. Moreover, ABC Laboratories continues to support continuing education for our clients. Marketing brochures, updated bulletins, and information dissemination materials are and distributed regularly to our clients.

The lab offers a full range of clinical laboratory determinations from the basic laboratory assays to the most esoteric quantitative hormone assessment, DNA, and PCR tests. In addition, we continually upgrade our state of the art technology and procedures to meet the highest standards in the industry. In the services offered, American Laboratories performs a wide variety of both qualitative and quantitative clinical tests and procedures ranging from:

Quality Assurance

ABC Laboratories is totally committed to the delivery of quality laboratory testing. Over the years, we have developed quality assurance management to ensure that proper laboratory practice is constantly maintained. Our objective is to provide our clients with consistently accurate and diagnostically meaningful test information. Stringent quality control programs are an integral part of our testing protocols. We participate in many proficiency evaluation surveys. They include the Department of Health and Human Services programs as outlined by CLIA 88, the American Association of Bioanalysts and the College of American Pathologists.

STAT Services

We perform our STAT services in our local facilities. The results are promptly telephoned and/or faxed.

Abnormals

Abnormal test results are confirmed by repeating the test in duplicate, to ensure its reproducibility and accuracy. All critical and panic results are phoned immediately as directed by a physician.

In addition to our quality and reliable test procedures, the efficient personnel of ABC Laboratories take great pride in generating rapid laboratory results, thus making it time and cost efficient for our clients. We take pride in doing it right the first time, from our collection process to our computerized network and transmission services. Current as well as new technologies in procedures and equipment are constantly evaluated to provide our clients with the best there is to offer. The main facilities of ABC Laboratories are in operation 6 days a week. We are thus able to handle a substantial amount of test volume and stat requests without unreasonable delay, with 24 hours turn around time on most of the tests.

Free Scheduled Daily Specimen Pick-up & Drop-off Service
Specimen pick-up and transport is provided by American Bio-Clinical Laboratories through our own staff of courteous, qualified & GPS-equipped couriers for quick response to all required services. Multiple daily visits to your office are available depending upon your practice’s needs and location..
